H-Logic syntax

The syntax reference has been split into focused pages so that grammar rules, query semantics and negative forms are not mixed together.

Use Core syntax and terms for definitions, roles, attributes and commands; Relations, contexts and named terms for ::, & and context roles; and Tested patterns and invalid forms for grammar boundaries.
