ADR: determinism and validation gates
Documentation status: architecture.
Problem
LLMs and generators can propose useful structures, but a proposal is not an executable conclusion. Non-deterministic generation must not silently become business truth.
Decision
Keep explicit validation gates between specification, H-Logic/reasoning artifacts, declarative models and Runtime execution. Human review, parser/grammar validation and Runtime validation are different gates and may all be required.
Consequence
Neural performance is not formal correctness. Generated intuition is versioned input. Published actions, constraints and process state remain governed by the conceptual Runtime.
Validation
A reproducible workflow records the source specification, generated proposal, validation result, human decision when required, final model version and executable tests.
