MVC Publication Layer
Documentation status: architecture — see Maturity and evidence.
The MVC layer projects application capabilities into an interactive experience. It is not a second implementation of the business domain.
Contract
- Model: concepts, collections, actions, and state provided by the application;
- View: functional description of what must be presented or captured;
- Controller / interaction adapter: translates user interactions into model actions and events;
- Renderer: concrete technology that produces the interface.
Main rule
A logiCells view should express interaction intent and required bindings without imposing a specific graphical framework. The renderer can therefore evolve independently from the model.
Business behavior, validation, and authorization must not be moved into the renderer merely to simplify a page.
Publication
A UI projection is a published capability. It must follow the same security, versioning, and compatibility boundaries as other public surfaces.
