Start from a supplied application configuration rather than creating four metadata files before seeing the Runtime work.

sclgc -c <path-to-application.ACC.lgc>

A successful smoke test should let you follow these checkpoints in order:

Loading application file
Loading package ...
Compiling package item ... ClassItems.manifest...
Compiling model ...
Start initializing/updating semantic Hypergraphs
End initializing/updating semantic Hypergraphs

If the model never appears in this sequence, stop and diagnose configuration, package activation, schema path and manifest membership before debugging actions, prompts or view behavior.

After this succeeds, continue with First project conventions.
