Industrialization and Governance Criteria
Documentation status: guide — see Maturity and evidence.
A generation pipeline becomes industrially useful only when its outputs are reproducible, traceable, reviewable, and testable.
Governance criteria
- every generated concept or rule can be traced to source evidence or an explicit engineering decision;
- canonical identifiers are assigned under project conventions, not invented independently by prompts;
- uncertainty remains represented as a hypothesis until validated;
- ontology-level dependencies are machine-checkable;
- generated models pass parser and Runtime validation;
- public API and service projections are contract-tested;
- changes are reviewable as model diffs;
- rejected proposals and validation failures are retained as useful feedback.

The objective is not maximum generation speed. It is controlled acceleration without sacrificing semantic ownership.
