Architect Key Questions

Before fixing a logiCells architecture, answer the following questions explicitly.

Model

• which identities and relations must remain stable?
• which rules belong to the domain rather than UI or transport?
• which context, time, or provenance changes meaning?

Runtime

• which capabilities must be local?
• which may be remote?
• which contracts should remain stable across topologies?

Data

• which projections are transactional, analytical, or temporary?
• what consistency is actually required?
• how are migrations and synchronization governed?

Security

• where are trust boundaries?
• how are identity, authorization, secrets, and audit handled?

Operations

• which metrics, health checks, and diagnostics make dependencies observable?
• how are upgrades, rollback, and binding compatibility handled?
