Documentation status: guide — see Maturity and evidence.
For a CIO, logiCells is primarily an architecture and governance choice: how to make domain knowledge, applications and integrations more explicit, reusable and portable.

Decisions to govern
- which domain capabilities become reusable models or packages;
- which interfaces are public contracts and which remain internal;
- where local execution is sufficient and where remote/distributed Runtime is justified;
- how identity, authorization, tenancy and audit are enforced across publication channels;
- how roadmap capabilities are separated from production commitments;
- how generated bindings and APIs are versioned and certified.
What to measure
Measure reduction in duplicated business logic, change lead time, contract stability, portability between deployment modes, test coverage of generated/public contracts, and operational observability. Avoid measuring success by the number of model files or technologies used.
