Customer risk management - complete worked example
Documentation status: tutorial — see Maturity and evidence.
This worked example turns the advanced customer-risk scenario into a reproducible developer path. It keeps the domain neutral and demonstrates one complete conceptual chain: model, relations, constraints, actions, process, events, views, service publication, AI assistance and tests.
Goal
Build an application that accepts a risk request for a customer, collects risk indicators, decides whether human review is needed, records a decision, exposes selected capabilities, and lets an assistant explain the case without bypassing runtime rules.
Build order
- Scenario and domain model
- Relations, rules and constraints
- Actions and review workflow
- Views and service publication
- AI-assisted risk review
- .NET client integration
- Testing and model evolution
- Implementation checklist
The example deliberately separates stable conceptual names from runtime implementation selectors. Public contracts use business-oriented names such as Customer, RiskRequest, ComputeRisk and Finalize.
